DS Group Ltd is a building company based in London providing a complete design and build service for any building project.
We started up the company in May 2006. We provide both full refurbishments and new builds. We have approximately 75 operatives in the team, all of whom speak English and are CRB checked. They are friendly and pleasant to customers and fully understand the responsibilities of being in a supply chain and how important it is to deliver good KPIs on a project.
We are currently working in the supply chain for a 7-year project that Lakehouse Contracts is doing in partnership with Richmond Housing Partnership. We have worked in this project for five years, carrying out cyclical redecorations and associated repairs. In year one, we carried out close boarded fencing to over 1500 properties. We have also carried out a fire door programme, upgrading and renewing more than 1700 doors and frames. We have also worked on void properties in this last year for London Quadrant, through Lakehouse,work that included re plumbing kitchen and bathrooms, electrical works and issuing electrical certificates.
